As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for passionate, self-driven, and results oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
2. Regularly visit hardware stores, dealers, distributors, electricians, and contractors to promote company products.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
4. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present technical specifications when needed.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining company profitability standards.
6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends and report insights to management.
7. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
8. Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update customer databases.
9. Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launch events.
10. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics/electricals industry

(Freshers are also encouraged to apply).

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to meet sales targets.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

6. Must be willing to travel extensively and work in the field.
